Jobs such as:

  • Office Assistant/Clerk
  • Client Service Information Officer
  • Administrative/Clerical Support
  • Data-Entry Clerk
  • Gate Attendant (various SK Provincial Parks)

Duties may include:

  • Answering/directing phone inquiries
  • Completing general office duties such as: basic data entry, file handling, operating a photocopier, fax machine, printer, etc
  • Providing assistance to other staff on procedures, policy and planning 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. and the ability to complete basic data entry and case management
  • Excellent communication and organization skills are an asset

Preferred Field of Study:

  • Any field of study would be suitable for these positions although for some positions a Business related field may be preferred
